Refund policy
Jobello sells two paid services, business access to unlock worker contacts, and worker visibility on the live map.
Businesses, contact unlock access
- Business plans give access for 72 hours.
- You can unlock up to 10 worker contacts per 72 hours, 1 unlock per worker.
- Access starts when payment succeeds.
- If access or unlocks do not work, contact support within 24 hours with your business phone number and the email used at checkout.
Workers, visibility on the live map
- Worker plans pay for visibility on the live map for 72 hours.
- Visibility starts when payment succeeds and your profile is published.
- If your profile does not appear on the map after payment, contact support within 24 hours and we will fix it or refund.
Non refundable cases
- Change of mind after the service has started.
- Incorrect details provided during signup.
- Accounts blocked for spam or abuse.
